Blades Faith Night Featuring G.R.I.T.S.

The Saskatoon Blades are delighted to announce the details for the annual Faith Night set to occur on Friday, February 26^th as the Blades take on the Prince Albert Raiders at Credit Union Centre.

Five-time Dove Award winning and two-time Grammy nominee duo G.R.I.T.S. will be performing in a pre-game min-concert before the game at 6:00 pm and in a featured concert following the game during a free skate for fans.

Nashville-based G.R.I.T.S., comprising of rappers Teron “Bonafide” Carter and Stacy “Coffee” Jones, is one of the most successful acts in Christian hip hop history with more than 500,000 career record sales. Their most notable songs include “Ooh Aah”, featured on the soundtracks to The Fast and the Furious: Tokyo Drift and Big Momma’s House 2, and “Tennessee Bwoys”, featured on the MTV show Pimp My Ride.

Youth groups have a tremendous opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at the Blades during Faith Night. The youth group that brings the most people to the game will be able to receive a guided tour of the brand-new Blades dressing room and training facilities.
